When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We retain support tickets for up to 12 months and then permanently delete them. We do not share this data with third parties.

Support enquiries submitted via the contact form are retained for up to 12 months after resolution and then securely deleted. No other personal data is stored by us.
