Website Data
This website does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party cookies. We do not log visitor IP addresses or collect any personal information from visitors who simply browse the site.
App Data
Call Navigator stores all call logs, contact data, and settings locally on your Android device. This data is never automatically transmitted to our servers. The only time data leaves your device is when you choose to submit a bug report or feedback using the in-app form.
In-App Bug Reports and Feedback
The app includes an optional bug report and feedback form. When you submit a report, we may collect:
- The content of your bug report or feedback message
- Your email address, if you voluntarily choose to provide it (optional)
Your email address is used solely to send you a reply to your report. It is never used for marketing or shared with third parties. Providing an email address is entirely optional — you may submit a report anonymously without one.
We process bug report and feedback content on the basis of legitimate interests (improving app quality and fixing defects). We process your email address, where provided, on the basis of your consent. In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements, we declare that the app may collect an email address if you voluntarily provide it when submitting a bug report or feedback.
Website Contact Form
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We retain support tickets for up to 12 months and then permanently delete them. We do not share this data with third parties.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under Article 6 of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR:
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Processing bug report and feedback content to identify and fix defects and improve the app.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Processing your email address when you voluntarily provide it in the in-app feedback form or website contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us to request deletion of your data.
- Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing personal data where necessary to respond to a support request you have initiated.
Data Retention
Bug reports and feedback submitted via the in-app form are retained for up to 12 months from submission, then securely deleted. Support enquiries submitted via the website contact form are retained for up to 12 months after resolution and then securely deleted. No other personal data is stored by us.
Your Rights
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the following rights under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the website contact form or the in-app feedback form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK or your local EU supervisory authority).
